Chairman HELEN JOHNSON - Vice President Helen Johnson has served on the Health Foundation since 1990. Johnson was instrumental in developing the Christmas Collectible Ornament program and has served on many committees. She and her husband, Homer, are the former owners of Coachlight, a Downtown Moberly business. They reside in Moberly. TIM JEFFRIES - Secretary/Treasurer Jeffries, a Moberly native, joined the Moberly Regional Health Foundation in 1996. A CPA, and business owner, Jeffries is active in the community and has served on many boards and committees. Jefferies is a member of the Health Foundation's Executive & Finance Committee. Jefferies and his wife, Jan, have two children and reside in Moberly. DR. J. WILL FLEMING - Member Dr. Will, as he is known in the community, is a retired physician. He has been on the Health Foundation Board for many years and has offered much expertise and guidance to the Foundation. A member of Rotary, Dr. Will maintains a busy lifestyle and is frequently asked to head worthwhile projects. He and his wife, Mary Louise, live in Moberly. DAN McKAY - Member McKay came to Moberly in 1995 as interim director of Moberly Regional Medical Center (MRMC). He was appointed as Chief Executive Director of MRMC in February, 1996. A member of the Rotary Club, McKay assists the Health Foundation by donating space and serving on committees. McKay has worked in health care administration most of his adult career. He lives in Moberly. BILL REID - Member Reid has been on the Moberly Regional Health Foundation Board of Directors since the mid 80's. He currently serves on the Fund Raising Committee. He owns Duvall and Reid Clothing Company in Downtown Moberly and is active with the Downtown Moberly Association. He and his wife, Ruth Ann, have three children. Bill Reid, Jr. is a partner in the clothing store and Kurt lives in North Carolina. One daughter is in college. Dr. ROBERT TOMPSON - Member Tompson joined the Board of Directors in 1995. A retired physician, he keeps in touch with health concerns through associates and meetings of American College of Surgery and professional publications. He currently chairs the Scholarship Committee. Tompson is a member of Rotary Club and the Randolph County Historical Society. He also is on the Eastern Randolph County Fire District and sings in a gospel quartet. Tompson and his wife, Vivian, have four children. He and his wife, Vivian, live in Moberly. LORI TURK - Member Turk joined the Board of Directors in 1998. Being the spouse of a physician and a mother of two, Turk somehow manages to serve on the Fund-Raising Committee. Being a registered nurse, her medical background will benefit the Foundation in identifying and meeting community health care and unmet needs. She and her husband, Jeff and two boys live in Moberly. JOHN WEANT - Member Weant joined the Health Foundation in 1995. He is a member of the Fund Raising Committee and the Vision Team Committee. He is past president of the Moberly Optimist Club and Moberly Country Club, along with being involved in other community organizations. He and his wife, Cindy, own Crown Press, Inc. They live in Moberly, with two sons still at home. Dr. ALAN WEAVER - Member Dr. Weaver joined the Health Foundation in the early 90's. As a board certified physician, Weaver has a busy family practice in Sturgeon and finds time to juggle family, and business while making room for Health Foundation activities. An active member of the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, Weaver serves on several committees. He and his wife, Rena, live in Sturgeon with their four children. KAREN WRIGHT - Director of Development Wright became the Moberly Regional Health Foundation Director of Development in mid-February, 1997. Her past employment history and experiences in human resources, sales and with her most recent employer, Moberly Regional Medical Center will enhance her abilities to perform as the director. Wright is currently a member of the Randolph/Monroe County American Red Cross and Kawanis, along with being involved in other organizations. She and her husband, Steve, Daughter and Stepson are long time residents of Moberly. Dennis McKeown - Member Dennis McKeown, President of Century 21 McKeown & Associates, joined the Health Foundation in 1999. He serves on the fund-raising Committee and is very excited to use his strengths and skills on the board. His desire to help make a difference in the community is very important to him. He and his wife Mary and two children reside in Moberly. Brian Burns - Member Burns joined the Board of Directors in 1999. He is the Plant Manager for Allegiance Healthcare of Moberly. He serves on the fund-raising Committee and will be instrumental in various acrivities of the foundation. His experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry are only a few reasons why Burns was nominated to serve on the board. He and his wife and three children reside in Moberly. Karl Rice - Member Rice is a new member to the board. He is the owner of Rice Appraisal Service. He serves on the Fund Raising & Vision Committees. He brings to the board a lot of personal experience with healthcare issues. Rice feels by serving on the board is a way continuing his civic responsibilities. He and his wife Cecy live in Moberly. Michael Riffel - Member Riffel joined the board in 1999. He is the Vice-President of city Band and Trust Co. of Moberly. Riffel serves on the fund-raising Committee and is ready to put his organizational skills to use. He feels by serving the board he is giving back to the community. He and his wife, Dee reside in Moberly. Vicki Sheldon - Member Sheldon joined the board in 1999. She is the President of Coldwell Banker Halterman & Associates. She serves on the Scholarship Committee and believes the foundation will benefit from her business and sales experience. Sheldon feels that healthcare is a vital part of our community, and wants the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the citizens of Randolph County. She and her husband live in Moberly. Linda Mustoe - Member Mustoe is Vice-President, Assistant General Counsel and Senior Risk Manager for Orscheln Management Co. She and her husband, Launce, and their two sons, Trae and Nicholas, have lived in Moberly since 1981. Linda is serving on the board because she believes that responding to health care needs within our community is a vital mission that enriches the quality of life and significantly impacts economic, academic, and cultural well-being of our families, neighbors and everyone in our community. Lori Miller - Member Miller is President of Precision Printing, Inc. She and her husband, Roy and their children Wynter, and Aaron have lived in Moberly all their lives. Lori is serving on the board as a way of volunteering to help others in the community who don't have the same resources she is fortunate enough to possess. John Ross - Member Ross is Moberly Area Community College, Dean of Vocational/Techical Education. He and his wife, Teresa have three children Johanna, John Robert, and Rick. They have recently moved to Moberly and are adjusting very well. John is joining the board because he has always had a strong interest in health care and would like to use his many strengths and talents in making a difference. |
